How can UPS price be displayed including tax (in VM UPS Shipping module) ???

Hi I am using VM 1.1.2 and have configured the built in UPS Shipping module.
All works but I would like the quoted UPS prices to be displayed including tax instead of excluding tax as the shop is in Europe.

The prices are shown excluding tax (VAT) but when selected and when customer clicks next (for ayment options) the tax rate (that I choise in the module configuration) is added to the Tax total which is right.

Basically I would like the initial price to be displayed including tax.

How can this be done ?
