I've had the site running for about a month now and we're getting an OK number of hits, but not a lot of conversion - I'm wondering if the site is actually as easy to get around as *I* think it is (!), does the layout look OK, if the graphics are appropriate, etc. I'm interested in hearing first impressions (good or bad), particularly from any people out there who are parents of young kids.

Please don't complete Checkout unless you really want to buy something, this is a live site!

First off the site looks good.  but I got a broken link when I went to read About us  came up with this error:

Great looking site but I too am sorry to report an error when clicking on 'contact'

Thanks for the feedback, this is now fixed, I stuffed up the SEF caching thingy. Any other feedback would be appreciated! :-)
