VirtueMart Copyright broken ?

Hi,
im moderator fom another script page, and we had a bad user.
He sell the gallery script for 250$ without the copyright notice from the script.

Now:
i found on that page your shop script for selling (CHF 300.- ).

I dont now, he bought the script, or no....

have a look please.
