Add Shipping Address

Hi
I installed a clean Joomla 5.2.3 and VirtueMart 4.4.4. I also added a new user, navigated to VirtueMart shoppers, edited the shopper, added the shopper information data, and saved.

In the right column, there is a Shipping Addresses block with an "Add Address" button. When I click it, the URL changes from:
administrator/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=user&task=edit&virtuemart_user_id[]=291
to:
administrator/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=user&task=addST&new=1&addrtype=ST&virtuemart_user_id[]=291&bd9c29fae6322449275f19caf352e06e=1

However, nothing happens. I get the same form showing shopper information, shopper group, password, etc.

Am I supposed to see a shipping address form?
