Incorrect sorting?

In the Virtuemart config I have set to sort the products on product price. I used to have that in VM3. Now in VM4 that doesn't work.
Sorting is mixed somehow, different prices are mixed. When I try to change the sorting in the frontend, the sorting is still mixed up.

Anyone an idea?
