Products are not displayed in order or invoice

Hello,

when someone buys on the site www.tscproven.be, one can pay and get confirmation. But product names and quantity are not displayed on invoice or order. Also db table "_virtuemart_order_items" remains empty. What could be the problem?

I get also this message after checkout.
