Transferring order data to Joomla 4 site

Joomla 3.10.12 and VM 4.0.12 and PHP 3.4.33,  and Joomla 4.3.4, PHP 7.4.33 and VM 4.0.22

I updated my Joomla 3 site to Joomla 4 by copying the whole website and then updating the offline copy to J4. There were countless problems to resolve and the process took some time. During the update process, the original J3 version of the site received numerous orders, the records of which only appear on the original J3 site. How can I now transfer these additional order records to the new J4 site?

Note that since both sites are running in the same domain, PHP has not been updated to v 8.
