PayPal order status issue after enabling cloudflare

Hi all!

I am issuing the following problem since I enabled CloudFlare to an eShop and I guess it is a cache issue...
All PayPal orders are getting the Pending status, no matter if they are paid or not.

I tried excluding the following URLs from CloudFlare's caching but the result is the same:
https://mywebsite.com/component/virtuemart/cart/*
https://mywebsite.com/shopping-cart/*
https://mywebsite.com/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=vmplg&task=notify&tmpl=component&lang=en-GB

Any suggestions? Everything else is working fine.

what does it say in your Paypal account about the IPN response?

Unfortunately I don't have access to the client's Paypal account.

Where can he find this info so I can ask him to check?

Yesterday I tried the changing the Pending Transactions status to Pending Check (a new status I created to let the client and the vendor get at least an e-mail) but the orders kept coming as Pending.

after logging in to the Paypal account the url is

https://www.paypal.com/merchantnotification/ipn/history

Ignore the "must be turned on" message .. the VM Paypal plugin activates it each time
