Rules Shipping Advanced still not working on J4

Hello,

I'm testing VM 4.0.20 10851 on J4.
I noticed that the Rules Shipping Advanced plugin is still not working on J4. I entered the rules I made (the same as tested on J3.10), then I saved the plugin, and after saving, the respective textarea is empty. The options do not appear in the cart shipment methods selection also,

Hello,
It works only on J3. The plugin was included in the VM package two versions ago. It throws an error while installing, and it has this problem I described earlier.
