Last 4 Digits of Credit Card not showing up

Hi, we have been using Virtuemart on our website for a while and it used to email me the last 4 digits of the customers credit card number in a separate email but now it doesn't.  No one can place orders on our website and our webmaster retired.  I am not sure if this is the right place to post this but any help would be greatly appreciated, even if its someone I could hire to help me update our website.

As far as I recall that type of card payment plugin was discontinued about 10 years ago as PCI clearance with many banks was an issue. So I guess you have a very old site, possibly VirtueMart 2 - we are now well into VM 4. Your website host probably updated the PHP version on your server, a move which stopped the site from functioning as it used to.

You may be looking at building a brand new site as updating the software to current could be a lengthy procedure.
