Can't switch to Sandbox - pulling me back to Payment Method list

Hi,

I'm trying to set up a PayPal Payment Pro. But when I shoose "Sandbox" in the "Shop Environment", VM close the Setup page and turn me back to Payment Method list.
I've reinstalled VM, but the same problem occurs. How can I solve this issue?
