Virtuemart membership invoice and suport

I subscribed to Virtuemart membership for a domain and since I didn't receive the invoice for the payment , I requested it at https://extensions.virtuemart.net/ticket, but never got an answer!
Functionally, everything is fine with Virtuemart membership. Commercially and customer support just doesn't work!
Does anyone know how to resolve this commercial and support issue?

This is a forum for reporting Virtuemart bugs.
But if you're looking for solace in support... I think the concept of this support is like a science fiction movie - perhaps in the near future something like this will happen  ::)

Where is the invoice? Hmmm.
It takes a massive IQ or extreme luck to navigate this maze (which is called a user account) to your invoice.

You'll see it at the bottom:
YOUR ORDERS
Order Number

When you open it, you'll see a link to the invoice next to the big text: ORDER INFORMATION
The invoice is not beautiful, but you can always edit this PDF in the appropriate program

Agree! I reported through this route only because at https://extensions.virtuemart.net tickets simply don't work!!!  :'( This same question was posted there on 2023-05-24 and until today there was no answer. In this case the matter is resolved.
