Membership not registered

After paying for the membership and receiving the registration key,
I entered it in the VirtueMart Membership Number field.
But the registration on the site https://extensions.virtuemart.net/ failed and the yellow message did not disappear.
It turned out that the browser gives error 500 when trying to execute the &task=getMemberStatus request.
How to solve this problem?

After upgrading VirtueMart to version 4.0.14 10805 registration Membership for domain was successful and the yellow message has disappeared.
