change the order the products are displayed

Hi Folks,  I know this is an old one but I've searched and can't find the correct answer. In product view I'm trying to change the order the products are displayed, please see attached image

Then you definitely first started with VM/Setup/Sort&Search/Default product sort order == Ordering before you asking, isn't it?

Thank you for your reply, but I tried the obviously with the Sort & Search in configuration to no effect. I must be missing something.
