Shipping by Rules and Payment

Hi.
I use the Advanced Shipping by Rules Plugin for VirtueMart from open-tools. In transport, I have a complicated calculation of the price of transport according to the weight and the manufacturer of the products. I need to set two different cash on delivery prices according to the names of the given calculations. Do you know of any component that can do this?

All payment by shipment plugins work directly with individual modes of transport and payment. But I have only one mode of transport with calculation. And that's a problem.

For DHL I need to display cash on delivery for 10,- for DPD for 20,-
