PHpmyadmin josuf_virtuemart_products

I'm try to resolve error 1054 and i try to delete products who i think have problem.
I see that table  josuf_virtuemart_products has some products and the table  josuf_virtuemart_products_it_it  has different products.
This is a problem?
How to sincronise the two tables.
