VM new user registration "page not found" error

Been looking for a solution over here but with no success.. 

For some reason with a fresh install of VM, the new user VM registration page is not displaying. Using this direct URL: https://nazirinskinclinic.com/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=user  leads to a "page not found" error. Console responds with "Failure to load resource" (Chrome reports it as a 500 error, whereas Safari reports it as a 404..)

I have a mirror installation with the same settings here at: https://bosasia.com.my/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=user  except its VM 3.6.4 and its working great, so i'm stumped over what may be the cause of this error.

Any leads?

Joomla Version: 3.9.16
VM Version: 3.6.10   10211
PHP Version: 7.2.29

Joomla user settings:
Allow User Registration: YES
New User Registration Group: Registered
Guest User Group: Public / Guest
Send Password: YES
New User Activation: Self

VM Configs enabled:
1. Enable Joomla Plugin
2. Use ReCaptcha for Registration
3. Enable VirtueMart 404 error handling

Make a menu directly to this page .. should work then  - there is a bug in  3.6.10   10211
