Canadian Sales Tax setup

Hello all,

I'm wondering if there is a guide to setup Canadian Sales tax based on the shipping address. we have different tax rates based on the shipping address, on both product and shipping.

Also, how I can setup 0% for all international shipping, as there is not tax on that on products, but there is tax on the shipping cost only, as we need to pay that.
