I will use my Virtuemart webshop to get people to order on a specific day. They willl pick up their orders, and pay in the fysical shop.
Which VM made extension would I need if I want to:
- gather orders for that specific date
- export those orders to an Excel sheet

I am using Joomla! 3.10.2 and VM 3.8.8.

I don't know of any extension to do this .. what I would do is a small script to export the required info ..  this could be cron called so the export happens e.g. at midnight each night.

I use Plotalot https://www.lesarbresdesign.info/extensions/plotalot for various queries. In query options set table typte to 'Table (Google)' - then you can download csv file.
