Hi is the convertECB still part of the core package for VM? (3.6.6)

I`ve never needed before, but I do now, but it doesnt seem to be listed in my plugins or modules?!

Yes it is still there, but not stored in the default plugins directory. See administrator/components/com_virtuemart/plugins
