Bug on registration client?

I state that I am certainly not dealing with a bug.
But I seem to remember a different behavior. I try to describe what happens so that you can replicate it. Excusing me  for my bad English.
Joomla! version 3.9.13 - Virtuemert version  3.6.8 10197
I register in virtuemart a new client with all his data as well as username and password: address, VAT number, phone number, etc.
The customer is created and even created a Joomla! user.
If I pass on this username and password to this customer and he logs in to the site to buy, once logged in, the fields relating to address, telephone, etc., appear empty. And he has to compile it again. In my opinion this is not correct. I would expect the precompiled fields to appear as I had compiled them.

I have just tested your issue

I cannot reproduce the problem

in Joomla admin -
Create Joomla user
In vm shopper create address details for this user

Front end - login as new user - address details show for this shopper

Ok, many thanks for the quick reply.
I did a lot of tests and I think the problem reported depends on the plugin System - VP One Page Checkout of VirtuePlanet.com.
If I disable that plugin BEFORE creating the user everything goes ok.

I did not realise you were running a checkout plugin - you will probably need to discuss the issue with the plugin developer
