- Better, I change my shipping address in China and still no shipping

When I test any of your scenarios - shipping is always recalculated correctly

what checkout are u using ...  ?
an OPC? 
Are ajax requests to recalculate shipments being triggered on quantity and/or address changes?

Problem solved by applying the update to 3.6.0 on the demo site + activation of JCH optimize ??
On the other hand, the problem remains intact for coupons
