Canada Post Module

I was wondering if somebody can help with Canada Post Shipping Module. I installed the module but I'm not sure how to deal with rates and postal codes. This should be done manually? How to get this mode working? Thanks.

I clicked configure shipping method and everything is in French with no tips - nothing... Not even any idea of what each field does or doesn't do...

Help ?!?
