Empty cart after closing browser

Hi forum, my customer has a problem with virtuemart: 2 users (on 1200) same times find their carts void after closing the page and  relogin.
On this store only registered users can purchease and the users are enabled by admin.
2 users uses chrome as browser.
Virtuemart version is 3.4.2 and joomla 3.9.0

I can't reproduce the error. You have had a problem like this? How can i start to reproduce the error? Ideas?
