paid orders not showing 'confirmed'

Hi all,
This site has a problem I've just noticed, not sure how to fix it. Looks like it did work but not now.
Problem being customers that have ordered and paid using paypal (all have not sure if this is the problem) which has worked fine, payment has gone through and returned back to site, is showing 'pending' in backend not 'confirmed'   (see screenshot)

I know this is probably a setting somewhere, but I'm not sure what to set. I haven't changed anything that I can remember.

It can be that the PayPal server is busy and is not updating your payments with IPN. Does this concern alll PayPal payments ?

Hi Jorgen,
It is only happening through the site, monies sent straight to paypal are going through fine.

I have just noticed that I had the business email address on the payment config. not the email used for paypal. So I have changed that to see if  helps.
I must have changed it when I upgraded my paypal account from personal to business.
That's the only thing I can see that could be blocking it.

Do you know if I need to do anything regarding getting the money to my right paypal email besides just changing it in VM.

Hi Again,
So I just put another order through, after changing the email, and same thing is happening.

Order goes through and payment made through paypal, all works good. Even have an email from paypal saying payment is made.
But in the orders in VM it still says 'pending'.

Help needed please.

Are you read documenation which I send you and setup Paypal IPN or not?

Yes I have gone through them, I will check again, maybe I need a break as I'm getting frustrated with it, I will see how I go.
