VirtueMart System Plugin not present [Solved]

On a brand new site (j 3.9.2 + VM 3.4.3.10005) I can't use the Joomla default registration instead of being redirected to the VirtueMart registration (see https://docs.virtuemart.net/manual/general-concepts/231-redirect-of-joomla-registration-to-virtuemart-registration-1.html).
Simply, the plugin is not present.
What can I do?

Check the "VM Framework Loader during Plugin Updates" plugin.
You have an option to disable Joomla registration.
I had the same problem in another website.
