Sending emails for reviews

I am not able to figure this out or it may does not exist at all.
How can I send emails to ask for reviews after an order is fulfilled?

It works only with VM 3.

Follow-up emails you can send with CirtueMart mailing Manager and his plugin Follow-up - we use 9 years.
Or you can use acymailing and plugin for acymailing - Abandoned Cart - because this plugin create triggers from VirtueMart (confirm order) into acymailing - we use 4 years.
