Error 500 in VM Configuration and Shop

Hello,

I've downloaded the latest VM 3.2.14 on Joomla! 3.3.3 and it shows error 500 when i try to get in VM Configurations and VM shop. Please help identify the problem

New install ? Upgrade ? Custom template? Incomplete install ? Installed vm Aio also ? Link to website ? Php version ?
