Time discrepancies

Hi,
I have noticed that although the times on the orders are correct/same as Joomla system time, the times on Shopper information (Register Date / Last Visit Date) are wrong.
For example, my server time zone is set to London, shopper placed order @ 11:00. The order appear correctly placed @ 11:00, but in the shopper profile last visit time is: 10:00.
I am getting 1 hour discrepancy between server/order times and shopper register or last visit times.

I am on up to date Joomla and VM versions.
Will appreciate your views on this.

Have you tired changing your joomla setting

"Server Time Zone"
