This is the link we put in the PayPal IPN:

The email says:

Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

https://ourwebsite.com/index.php?option=com_virtuemat&view=vmplg&task=notify&tmpl=component


If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.

I changed our domain for this forum post (as I don't need it to show up on google when I search for our company-as it has before)...

But, you might be right! Someone left out a letter. I am going to try that and see what happens.

Is this the correct link to use though?

The url does not need to be specific!

The correct notify url is supplied by the paypal plugin

So just use the homepage url of your site in the PayPal IPN setting

https://www.ourwebsite.com
