go to checkout page redricet to Bank page show error

Hi experts:

Joomla 3.6
virtuemart 3.0.8

Recently the site occured wired situation and I had been search over 1 week:

When user go to checkout page then it will redirectly to bank page, but then the bank page show this message:
The signature of the information sent has not been validated.
Our server is not able to process the payment request related to your order.


And paypal has the same result which is show in paypal page: Unfortunately, a system error has occurred. Try again later.


The only solutions so far is I re-installed the backup SQL which contain older orders data then it goes to normal
I think it is by certain products has ASCII problem so the bank could not get the valuer they want

but when the problem occured again I checked the product order listes data and nothing special which could occure this error

does any one has this kind of experience?
