How to make simple registration form without BillTo/Shipping Address

Hello Friends,
We would like to have very simple registration form on our eCommerce website without any Bill To/Shipping Addrss and etc. WE would like to gather all Address details at the time of Checkout. For User Registration we would like have only few fields Display Name, Username, Email and Password.

I'm able to update registration form with few fields, but issue is same fields are missing on Shipping form at the time checkout.
