email problem in virtuemart 3.6

I am having problem in virtuemart 3.6.5 related to email setting or lack thereof. I just can't find the email setting to set it using smtp. everytime I hit send test mail it always throw me a smtp error.



in the screenshot above, why are there no setting for smtp? or can anyone tell me where can I set the email in joomla virtuemart?

There is no VirtueMart 3.6.5 - it is obviuous from the pic that you are asking about Joomla and not VirtueMart.   https://docs.joomla.org/Portal:Beginners

If this is indeed Joomla 3.6.5 then you should update to Joomla 3.7.5 as that old version of Joomla is insecure.  https://www.joomla.org/announcements/release-news/5711-joomla-3-7-5-release.html
