Different VatTax for different counties

I build a website which will be advertised in five countries with five diffrent currencies. The site owner founded a company in every country which means they use different tax (3 types) depending on the country.
So I created three calculation rules, assigned to countries, which is fine I only have problem with guest.
There will be the main target country, it would be necessary to use the tax rate of this country for the guests.
Is it possible to do that?

Either apply that main tax to the guest shpper group or show prices without tax for guests.
