The VM does not use the local time zone

I found a bug in VM. The VM does not use the local time zone. The settings on server and the website are correct (UTC/GMT+1), but VM uses UTC/GMT. It's really unpleasant for example on BLACK FRIDAY... The Ad module shows that the BF promo has started, but the prices haven't changed to the promo ones till 1 am.

I would like to ask your kind help to fix it.
