Producing a copy of a product

Hi,

with VirtueMart 3.0.17.6 I created a product with all the features I need.
I looked for a way to create a copy of a product and found only Clone Product.
I made a clone of an original product and discovered that all the features are perfectly described by the original product to that cloned.
But if the product cloned change the image combined with the product I also changes that of the original product!
How can I make a copy of a product then being able to edit the image in the copy?
Is there a way?

use the media editing at the top -- not towards the bottom

the bottom section you are editing the media itsself.. the top section you are attaching/detaching media to the product

You can see the media item as a container for medias, images etc. Remove the copied media items. Only the reference gets removed and create a new media item and assign an image to this or reuse an already created media item.
