VM3 admin page layout breaks

Can't tell you when this happened, but now I've noticed that the admin page layout for VM is broken. On attached screenshot I've showed that with arrows. Anybody knows what should I do to fix it???
Also, in items settings, where there should be tabs, no tabs, and I can't set some settings (second screenshot)

Obvious a JS problem -- search for the error , clear browser caches

BTW .. have u the most recent JCE installed.. have seen this cause JS problems in the admin

Sorry. Here it all comes:
Joomla! 3.6.4 and
VirtueMart 3.0.18
FastCGI PHP 5.6
Live Site URL is v-boge.org, though it is not in English, so won't help much.
Commercial template is with VM feature (https://demo.gavick.com/joomla3/quark_ecommerce/)

Screenshot attached - it says "TypeError: jQuery(...).chosen is not a function" which says nothing to me. I am not skilled in JQuery...

BTW .. have u the most recent JCE installed.. have seen this cause JS problems in the admin

Turned it totally off and cleared cache again. Didn't help any (and yes, I do have latest one)

normally means the jquery chosen file isn't loading

It was Perfect Joomla! 3 User Interface and jQuery Includer plugin. Fixed it! Thank you!
