VM 3.0.18 - Problem with Custom Fields Values Translation

I would like to know if someone could help me with a problem I'm facing with values translation.
I've created 2 override ini files, one for each language, with custom fields and value strings.
Translation is working with custom fields, but with the default values I'm only getting the translation for the 1st option. With all the other options I'm getting the string without the translation.
Please find attached an image showing what I'm trying to explain.
What I am doing wrong?

Did you use the same language key FORMATO_INT_VALUE for all options in your override files?

Hi jjk, thank you for your reply.
The ini override files have the same language key, but I only get the first result. If I change their order, I get the same, 1st one is ok the other options are not translated.
Can this be a template error?
