How to display quantity/price Table

Hi, i've been searching on the internet without results for a long time.
What i need is, on an open product, to display a table in wich every column is a different quantity range and every raw is like different dimensions of the product, wich for each cell has a different price.
I would also like the cells to be selected. Basically a point and click selection on the table of quantity/dimensions and pass those to virtuemart cart . (one of the value to pass is actually quantity, the other one may be dimension or some other cart attribute anyway).
You can see something similar on pixartprinting.it estimator.
Does anyone know how to do this?

Should this be moved to "commercial jobs"?
As i understand there's no such thing...so someone has to code it.
