VM3 - Shopers dont receive email confirmation

Hi, I have Joomla 3.4.8 and VM 3.0.12

Virtuemart sometimes doesnt send email confirmation to shoppers, i have tested 15 buys for a single shopper, but only 5 emails were sent to that shoppers, even buying same product twice, 1 time did received email, second time didn´t, the mail sent from virtuemart also says the email was sent by: eigbox.net, what is that? why this happens?
