Child products referring to wrong URL

Hi folks,

I hope you have an idea here
I'm very stuck with a running VM store.

When I choose a child variant on the frontpage, normally it should redirect to the specific productpage, but now it isn't.
The 1st thing I see, what's wrong, that it's redirected to the productpage based on the Productname instead of the alias (i.e. https://www.dogmolen.com/webshop/Testproduct - Child / instead of https://www.dogmolen.com/webshop/testproduct-child)

The strangest thing is, that the Puppy variant is working okay.
