Hi,

I am nearly new to joomla and VM so please be comprehensive :)
Using VirtueMart 3.0.16 & joomla 3.6.2 & Theme GavickPro Storefront 3.18

After working for a period on non VM contents, editorial contents mainly, last time I checked my product pages, there were no products anymore!
Products are though in the CMS and published and were showing before.
Now it seems like there is a loop on product loading or something that increase the memory size of each product:
http://www.vins-lelievre.com/serge54/fr/vins-eaux-de-vie/aoc-cotes-de-toul/vins-gris

The error message I see in Debug mode is : vmdebug Memory limit reached in model product getProduct(117), consumed: 10.99M
I copy below the complete debug report.

the few results I have in Google for this error are related to:
- Language conflict (My website is in French, I tried removing English with no effect)
- Language error in database: Didn't check yet, I don't have mySQL access for now.
- Product association with customer groups > I tried removing existing groups with no change.

Anybody can help please?

if the server with  debug is really running out of memory at ~11Mb then you need to get yourself a proper server..

I run all my sites on 256MB+

GK templates are very "heavy" so try with just the std Protostar

Thanks for your answer.
As it happened without any major change, and everything was working good until now, I wasn't thinking of a server memory size issue.
I would probably have seen other memory errors before my products get this error?
And also was thinking 10Mb for a single product load is a lot of memory, isn't it? Shouldn't it use much less? From my frontend point of view, whatever page should need less that 500Kb weight. But maybe I don't realize was PHP memory is exactly and it has nothing to do with page weight.

I forget mentionning that I also tried:
- Changing store templates por default Prostar wihout products to appear.
- Changing memory size in PHP.ini: Was already 256M. I tried 512M, 1G and also -1 without any change (Could it be that real server memory is different?)

I will double check with the hosting anyway .

Any other clue welcome! :)

GJC Web Design, my error "vmdebug Memory limit reached in model product getProduct(117), consumed: 10.42M",
are you sure it means my overall server installation has no more than 10,42M PHP Memory?

GJC Web Design

no -- it can't be.. I read too fast

you can check the memory assigned in your host or in the Joomla->System Information

no huge img that someone uploaded?
