Cart empty after Proceed to checkout

Hi there guys,

I've been searching this for a while with no luck so far.

In my site, https://travelandbusinesstore.com/en/ and there are some products and some times that I click to enter in detail view, add to bag, proceed to checkout and cart is empty.

No matter if is child product or not, if in incognito mode it happens almost always times...

In png in attachment there is 2 products that happens a lot of times, but there are much more.

I tried to change htaccess, sef options, rewrite urls and nothing helps but in a dev server I have, same files and DB, never happens! http://issencial.net/tbs
The only thing that is different is that I have SSL set always in site and not in dev server...

How can I have SSL and not having this kind of bug?
Anyone else experience this?

have u proven this is caused by ssl? Have u extensively tested without ssl?
Can u get it repeatable .. e.g. does it only happen if cookie and caches are cleared etc..?

Well, all my tests points to that.

If I don't use SSL, doesn't happen...

if SSL is only thing different, I can only assume that is the issue.

In Incognito mode in SSL happens almost the time I try, but when I go back and try the same product it doesn't happen...

I see JS errors like
The connection to wss://s7.smartsupp.com/chat/860/k1c6102e/websocket was interrupted while the page was loading.

and that jrealtimeanlytic thing makes constant calls

I would try with that stuff off
