url become not clean?

I don't know why newwebsite Joomla 3.4.8/VM 3.0.14 and VM 3.0.12,the category url is not clean than before,
example:

https://example.com/index.php/manufacturer/results,13-12.html?categorylayout=0&showcategory=1&showproducts=1&productsublayout=0

i don't think we really need this config data after url,

This issue happen when i set vm top lavel in joomla menu

It's because dev have added new feature, but not changed the router file to exclude default values.
Hope and wait a core developer is reading this post(and other post speaking from same problem) and change the code to clean this from URL.

when you set vm category in menu homepage,
still same issue

Add a post in the Bug Report section.
Perhpas you have more chance, i'm not a core developer and some solution was allreay posted to hack the core for this problem.
