new payment provider for Germany/Switzerland/Austria - BillPay

Hi,
just wanted to make my collegues from the german speaking community aware that there is no a payment provider with a working payment module for VM 3.0.16 supporting BillPay (Kauf auf Rechnung etc.). As far as I know that is the first one to provide a module for invoice payment via Billpay.

No monthly fee
no installation fee
only transaction costs

P.S: I'm not getting anything to promote them but I would like to have some shops working with them to influence future developments for the module with virtuemart more.
