Plugin Development Request: Amazon Associates

Goal: To use VirtueMart as an affiliate shopping cart with Amazon Associates

Main Functions

-Associate product listing with affiliate link
-Auto-populate product base price and sales price from Amazon and show on VM product page (ex: https://goo.gl/FUlE1v)
-Provide "Buy Now" option which takes user to Amazon to complete purchase (ex: https://goo.gl/68GtLn)
-Queue multiple products in VM cart as normal; upon checkout forward user to Amazon and add all VM products to Amazon cart (ex: https://goo.gl/gTlxCe)


Optional Additional Functions

-Auto-populate Product name, description, and embed Amazon product reviews (iFrame)
-Show Amazon Sales Rank of product in backend
-Unpublish product listing when product is no longer available on Amazon; optionally republish when product is relisted


Advanced Optional Functions

-Search for and add products in backend (ex: https://goo.gl/m5XRb7)
-Export Amazon reviews to VM native review system; dynamically update product reviews either by CRON or by interval set in backend; only to be triggered when a user views the product (API may not allow this)
-Support other affiliate sites such as NewEgg, eBay, etc.
-Multiple checkout links for multiple affiliate providors

If this is something you may be interested in maintaining and reselling as one of your plugins, that would be wonderful; I've been browsing quite a few different forums and while there is demand for something like this current plugins don't come close to accomplishing it.  (https://www.spiralscripts.co.uk/Articles/new-release-1-2-6-of-amazon-shopping-cart.html)

Would it be possible to provide quotes based on the 3 tiers of functions listed? I imagine the minimum budget required for this project would start at around $2000 USD.
