WholeShale shoppergoup prices

I made a wholesale shopergroup with -30% prices .Is possible to add this discount not only on the base price of products but when the costumers select some of the custom fileds?
The custom fields to add some extra cost to the base price remain the same to all groups and final calculation is wrong.

You could apply the discount in the cart instead of per product. eg use Price modifier before tax per bill.
