Shipment Method radio buttons do not align

I have been trying to fix the problem of the radio buttons not aligning on the select shipment option
The code does produce a < br / > but it doesn't seem to want to accept it when displaying the shipping cost.
See attached image.

Can anyone throw a light on this?
