Fedex Shipping Module for VM3

Hi,

Can anyone suggest a FedEx shipping module.

1) Should support shipping from Vendor (Drop Ship) shipping is calculated from vendors address to the customer, not Stores Address to customer.
2) Should support no shipping cost for downloadable products (license codes etc)
3) Should be able to be configured to offer free ground hipping on orders Over $500.

I had such a module for VM2  but now I need one for  VM3.
