Prices rounding up. URGENT PLEASE HELP

All the prices are showing as whole number and are getting rounded up or down. So for example £34.95 is showing up as £35. I have it set to 2 decimal places in the currency.

In my cart module (not check out cart) it shows correctly but then rounds it up or down in the check out cart. (screen shot below to show exaclty what I mean)

All and any help will be majorly appreciated.
